What are your weekday operating hours?
The company is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Are you open on weekends?
We are open Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Sundays, we work exclusively by prior appointment for weddings, major events, or pre-scheduled sessions.

For off-site events, the team travels at no additional cost within a 30-mile radius of Dinuba. This includes nearby cities such as Visalia, Reedley, Selma, Kingsburg, and Fresno.
What is the fee if my event is more than 30 miles away?
Events held between 31 and 75 miles have a travel fee of $0.75 per additional mile. Assignments outside this range are quoted custom based on location and event requirements.

Luz & Enfoque works with professional Sony Alpha full-frame cameras, prime and zoom lenses, wireless flashes, dual-color LED lights, authorized drones for aerial photography, and high-performance computers for editing.
Who is part of your production team?
The team consists of four principal photographers, two lighting assistants, one photography editor, an associate videographer, and an event coordinator.
How many photographers do you recommend for a large wedding?
For large weddings or events with over 150 guests, the company recommends hiring at least two photographers to simultaneously capture every special moment.
How much do individual portrait packages cost?
Individual portrait packages begin at $180. They include a 45-minute session, a local area location, basic posing guidance, and 15 edited high-resolution digital photographs.
What is the price of family sessions?
Family sessions start at $275 and include up to six people, a one-hour session, and 25 digital images. Each additional person costs $20.
What is included and how much do maternity sessions cost?
Maternity sessions start at $320. They can include wardrobe, accessories, studio lighting, and photos with a partner or children.
What is the cost of the newborn package?
For newborns, the basic package starts at $390. It includes up to three hours of session time, sanitized props, wraps, soft backdrops, and 20 meticulously retouched final images.
What are the rates for wedding packages?
Wedding packages range from $1,800 for four hours of coverage with one photographer, up to $4,900 for complete ten-hour coverage with two photographers.
How do you deliver the photographs?
The company delivers photographs primarily in digital format via a password-protected private online gallery. Clients can download high-resolution images for printing and optimized versions for social media.
How long is the online gallery active?
The gallery remains available for twelve months, allowing you to easily share the link with family and friends.
Do you offer physical prints of the photographs?
Yes, we offer professional physical prints in sizes 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 inches. We also offer canvases, frames, wedding albums, thank-you cards, and wooden print boxes.
How long does it take to deliver portrait and family session photos?
The typical delivery window is five to ten business days for portraits and family sessions.
What is the turnaround time for corporate events?
For corporate events, normal delivery times are two to three weeks.

Normal turnaround times are four to six weeks for full wedding packages.
What is required to book a date?
To reserve a date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total package.
When must the remaining balance be settled?
The remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to standard sessions or fourteen days prior to weddings and large-scale events.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and bank transfers. We also offer payment plans for packages exceeding $1,000.
