• How long does the online gallery remain accessible?

  Your private online gallery remains active and available for sharing with family and friends for twelve months.

• What is the turnaround time for portraits and family photos?

  Standard turnaround time is five to ten business days for portraits and family photography sessions.

• What is the turnaround time for corporate events?

  Corporate event visual assets are delivered within two to three weeks.

• How long does it take to deliver complete wedding galleries?

  Complete wedding galleries are delivered within four to six weeks.

• What is required to secure a session booking?

  We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date, which is fully credited toward your total package price.

• When must the remaining balance be paid?

  The remaining balance is due seven days prior to standard sessions, or fourteen days prior to weddings and large-scale events.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, and direct bank transfers. We also offer payment plans for packages valued over $1,000.

• Do you offer pre-booking consultations?

  Yes, we offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation to align on visual style, recommend wardrobe elements, select locations, and discuss expectations for lighting and editing.
